Shooting has appeared in every Games apart from 1904 & 1928. The status of those events in 1900 marked with a "Ł" is dubious as cash prizes were awarded to winners. Women were first allowed to compete in 1968, with separate women's events introduced in 1984. Since 1996 all competitions have been fully segregated.
